Briefed with the mammoth task of informing every single household in the UK of the analogue to digital TV switchover, Elvis had to ensure stand-out DM and door drop activity so that everyone took notice and took action
We worked with Digital UK to build a phased programme of segmented, regionalised communications to provide accurate, yet clear information to a variety of different audiences, and communicated specific technical events that were relevant at the point of switchover in each region. In delivering the right information, we also minimised call volumes and resource issues.
We also spent time researching the flow of information to make it more user-friendly for more vulnerable and elderly audiences
Results are measured primarily on a qualitative, rather than quantitative basis, due to the nature of the objective.
As well as the positive feedback scores we have received on our communications, we also been pleased to hear about the high number of instances where our communications have been taken to local retailers to facilitate switchover discussions
