Martin has worked in the industry for over 15 years and has a wide range of experience covering many disciplines and countries. He began his career at Lowe & Partners in New York, producing TV work for Coke and 7UP, before returning to spend seven years at Claydon Heeley, where he led direct and retail business for British Airways, boots, Unilever and Pepsico.

The Pepsico business took him travelling over the next 2 years, setting up BTL agencies within the BBDO network in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Mainland China. On his return to London, Martin started Elvis.

Under his leadership the agency is the only agency to win both Campaign's and Marketing's Direct Agency of the Year awards. He is involved in many of the client's businesses.
